General Info
Each room has a micro fridge and an alarm clock. Deluxe rooms also have in-room coffee service. The following additional amenities are available for purchase at the front desk:

There are ATM's located withing walking distance at each campus student center. The machine at the Cook Campus Center is available 24 hours. Others are limited to business hours.
Breakfast is available between 7:30am and 9:00am for overnight guests.
Guests check in at the front desk. Check-in begins at 3:00pm.
Check-out time ends at 11:00am, so keys should be returned by that time. Guests can store their personal items or luggage at the Front Desk.
Dry cleaning and minor tailoring is available at an additional charge. Drop off articles at the front desk by 8:30am. Most dry cleaned items will be available by 6:00pm the same day (weekdays). A price list is available in the informational binder found in each guest room.
Photocopy services are available at the front desk.

Fax services are available twenty-four hours a day
Outgoing domestic fax charges are $1.00/page (no limit to charge).
Outgoing international: $5.00-1st page; $1.50-each page after that.

All messages will be received at the front desk. The front desk can be reached by dialing 0 from the telephone in your room.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Payment is expected at check-out. Payments can be made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express), traveler's check, personal/business check or cash.
The Cook/Douglass Recreation Center, just a short walking distance from the Inn, is available for use by guests. The center offers an Olympic-size pool, weight rooms - with free weights and Nautilus equipment, racquetball courts, aerobics classes, platform tennis and more. Guests need a Pass and some form of ID (e.g., drivers license) to enter the facility. Passes and hours of operation are available at the front desk.
The University Inn and Conference Center, as part of Rutgers University, is subject to the University's No-Smoking policy. Therefore, Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.
Travel between campuses is easy- and free! Bus schedules can be obtained at the Front Desk. If taxi cabs are more your style, travel arrangements can be made at the Front Desk. For your convenience, here are phone numbers for local companies:

Overnight guests can request wake up calls through the front desk by dialing "0" from their telephones in their rooms. All rooms are also equipped with clock radios.
